Criminal Law

We have over 15 years experience defending individuals accused of committing criminal offences across the spectrum, including sexual offences, domestic abuse allegations, harassment, violence, drugs offences, firearms and fraud.

Being investigated or prosecuted for a criminal offence is a very serious process with potentially devastating consequences on all aspects of your life.  It is an isolating and frightening experience, most of our clients had never even imagined that they would come into contact with the criminal justice system.

We are here to assist and support at all stages of the criminal law process, whether that be representing you at an interview or during a police investigation, or, following a charge and any subsequent prosecution and court appearances.

Given the impact a criminal conviction can have on your liberty, career and family life, it is crucial that you seek legal advice at the earliest opportunity in order to protect yourself and achieve the best outcome. We have experience liaising with the police, CPS and other organisations and will, where possible, arrange for you to attend as a volunteer rather than be arrested. We will arrange for you to be represented during any interview and make representations on your behalf at the police station and subsequently if the matter does not swiftly conclude. If you are released under investigation, we can use that time constructively to build your defence case so that your defence is not adversely affected by that delay if you later find yourself charged and facing prosecution.

If you are currently under investigation, or facing criminal charges, you need to ensure you have a strong legal team who will handle your matter with strength and expertise in as discrete and sensitive way as possible.
